1 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between bl777 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "the User") who accesses, registers on, or uses any product or service offered through the bl777 website at bl777.im and any associated subdomains or mobile interfaces (collectively, "the bl777 Platform").

By accessing the bl777 Platform — whether by browsing the website, registering an account, depositing funds, placing a bet, participating in a casino game, or otherwise engaging with any bl777 product — you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with any additional terms, policies, and guidelines referenced herein, including but not limited to the bl777 Privacy Policy and the bl777 Responsible Gaming Policy.

bl777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Continued use of the bl777 Platform following the publication of any updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those updated Terms. It is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms are written in English and shall be interpreted in English. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between an English-language version of these Terms and any translation, the English version shall prevail. The bl777 Platform is operated as a safe and reliable online gaming service designed specifically for adult players in Bangladesh, with all account balances, transactions, and displayed values denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise stated.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the bl777 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the Platform:

• You have not previously been self-excluded from bl777 or had a bl777 account permanently closed for violation of these Terms, unless bl777 has formally reinstated your account in writing.
• You are a human individual — automated bots, scripts, and non-human agents are not eligible to register or use the bl777 Platform under any circumstances.

Age Verification

bl777 implements age-verification checks at the point of registration to help prevent underage access. In addition, all players are required to complete a full KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification process before any withdrawal is processed. Accepted identity documents for Bangladesh players include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence. bl777 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage of the player relationship.

If bl777 reasonably suspects that an account is being used by, or on behalf of, a person under the age of 18, bl777 will immediately suspend the account pending identity verification. If underage use is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposited funds will be returned to the verified payment source after deduction of any bonus amounts credited to the account.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of bl777 products and services — including depositing funds, placing bets, playing casino games, and requesting withdrawals — you must register a bl777 account by completing the registration process on the bl777 Platform. Registration is free of charge.

Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during the registration process and to maintain the accuracy of that information throughout your use of the Platform. bl777 accounts are registered with a valid email address, a chosen username, and a secure password. You must not use false names, fictitious email addresses, or any information that misrepresents your identity.

One Account Rule

Each individual player is permitted to hold one and only one bl777 account. If bl777 identifies that a player holds more than one account — whether registered under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — bl777 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close all duplicate accounts and to void any bets, winnings, or bonuses associated with those accounts. Any balance held in duplicate accounts may be forfeited at bl777's discretion.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bl777 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. bl777 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you believe your bl777 account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact bl777 support immediately at [email protected]. bl777 will investigate the matter and may temporarily suspend the account during the investigation period.

Account Currency

All bl777 accounts for Bangladesh players are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Account balances, deposit amounts, withdrawal amounts, bet stakes, winnings, and bonus values are all expressed in BDT using the ৳ symbol. bl777 does not offer multi-currency accounts to Bangladesh players.

Deposit Conditions

Deposits are credited to your bl777 account balance as soon as the transaction is confirmed by the relevant payment provider. bl777 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment method used to deposit must be registered in the same name as the bl777 account. bl777 reserves the right to reverse deposits made from unverified or mismatched payment sources and to request supporting documentation before crediting the relevant amount.

Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has previously been used to make a deposit into the same bl777 account and that is registered in the account holder's verified name. bl777 may require completion of KYC identity verification before processing any withdrawal. bl777 reserves the right to apply additional security checks on withdrawal requests that are considered unusual in size, frequency, or pattern.

Withdrawal requests submitted before 22:00 Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) on any given day are typically processed the same day. Requests submitted after 22:00 BST will be processed the following business day. bl777 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing times.

Anti-Money Laundering

bl777 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of unlawful activities. bl777 monitors all transactions for suspicious patterns and reserves the right to freeze accounts, withhold withdrawals, and report transactions to relevant authorities where there are reasonable grounds to suspect financial crime. Players must not use the bl777 Platform as a mechanism for money laundering, chip dumping, or any other form of financial manipulation.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

bl777 offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions aligned with the Bangladeshi calendar (including Pohela Boishakh, Eid, Victory Day, and IPL/BPL season promotions). All bonus offers are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion.

• Eligibility: Promotional offers are available only to players who have fully completed registration and identity verification on bl777, unless specific promotional terms state otherwise.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds credited to your bl777 account must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the terms of each promotion. Until wagering requirements are fulfilled, bonus funds are ring-fenced and cannot be withdrawn.
• Game Contributions: Different game categories may contribute differently toward the fulfilment of wagering requirements. • One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, players may only hold one active bonus at a time. Opting into a new promotion while a bonus balance remains active may result in the forfeiture of the existing bonus.
• Abuse Prevention: bl777 reserves the right to void any bonus, withhold associated winnings, and suspend any account where it reasonably believes that a player is abusing the bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, arbitrage strategies, or any other form of manipulation designed to exploit promotional terms.
• Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus Winnings: Unless otherwise stated in specific promotion terms, winnings generated from free spins or no-deposit bonuses may be subject to a maximum cashout cap. This cap will be clearly stated in the relevant promotion terms where applicable.

bl777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any such changes will not affect bonuses that are already active in a player's account at the time of the change, provided all other conditions continue to be met.

6 User Obligations

By using the bl777 Platform, you agree to at all times conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms and the following obligations:

• You will provide truthful, accurate, and complete information to bl777 at all times — during registration, during KYC verification, and when contacting bl777 support.
• You will not use the bl777 Platform for any purpose other than your own personal, non-commercial entertainment as an adult player.
• You accept full personal responsibility for all bets, wagers, and casino game sessions initiated from your bl777 account, whether or not those sessions were authorised by you.
• You will not attempt to access the bl777 Platform using automated tools, bots, scripts, macros, or any form of artificial intelligence that enables non-human play or wagering.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bl777 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance and winnings, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Registering an account with false identity information, impersonating another person, or submitting falsified documents during KYC verification.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one bl777 account, or assisting another person in doing so for the purpose of circumventing the one-account rule or exploiting promotional offers.
• Unauthorised Automated Access: Using bots, scripts, crawlers, scrapers, macros, or any automated system to access, play on, or extract data from the bl777 Platform without express written permission.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting bl777 promotions through any means not intended or contemplated by the promotion terms, including coordinated play across multiple accounts, deliberate low-risk wagering solely to meet wagering requirements, or any other scheme designed to extract bonus value without genuine participation.
• Match Fixing and Sports Integrity: Using or attempting to use information derived from match-fixing, player collusion, or any other corrupt interference with the outcome of a sporting event for the purpose of placing bets on bl777.
• Money Laundering: Using the bl777 Platform as a conduit for money laundering, funds placement, layering, or integration. All transactions on bl777 are monitored for suspicious activity in line with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.
• Hacking and System Interference: Attempting to access, modify, disable, or interfere with any part of the bl777 Platform's technical infrastructure, including servers, databases, code, APIs, or payment processing systems.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute claim with your payment provider in respect of funds legitimately deposited into your bl777 account and used for wagering. Fraudulent chargebacks constitute a breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure and recovery action.

bl777 reserves the right to determine, at its sole and reasonable discretion, whether any conduct constitutes a violation of these prohibited conduct provisions. bl777's decisions in such matters are final.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your bl777 account at any time by contacting bl777 support at [email protected] with a written request. Before your account is closed, bl777 will confirm that there are no pending bets, active bonus balances, or outstanding withdrawal requests. Any verified balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to suspend their access to bl777 for responsible gaming reasons may use the self-exclusion feature available in the account settings dashboard. Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent closure. During any active self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended and you will be unable to deposit, place bets, or access casino games. Closure by bl777

bl777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Confirmed underage use or failure to complete required KYC identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Evidence of fraudulent, collusive, or dishonest conduct as described in Section 7 of these Terms.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering or other financial crime.
• Court order, regulatory direction, or other legal requirement.
• Extended account inactivity (accounts with no login activity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months may be flagged as dormant; bl777 will attempt to contact the account holder before applying any dormancy treatment).

Where an account is closed by bl777 due to a verified breach of these Terms, bl777 reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance, including deposits and winnings, to the extent permitted by applicable law and consistent with these Terms. Players who believe their account has been closed in error may contact [email protected] to request a review.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bl777's total liability to any player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the bl777 Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player into their bl777 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bl777 shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses or damages of any kind, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the bl777 Platform, even if bl777 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute between a player and bl777 arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the bl777 Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith direct communication. Players may contact bl777 at [email protected] to initiate a complaint. bl777 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and will provide a substantive response within 10 business days.

Amendments to These Terms

bl777 reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. The version of the Terms displayed on the bl777 Platform at the time of any transaction or session constitutes the operative version for that event. Players are encouraged to review these Terms regularly. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will reflect the most recent revision date. Continued use of the bl777 Platform after any revision constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the bl777 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between the player and bl777 with respect to the subject matter herein, and supersede all prior representations, agreements, and understandings — whether written or oral — between the parties in relation to the bl777 Platform.
